30 Book Search Engines to Find the Perfect Read from OnlineColleges.org

Former college math professor and founder of OnlineColleges.org, Carrie Oakley has put together an impressive list of book search engines on the Web that could prove to be a great help to readers, as well as writers. OnlineColleges.org is a nonprofit, non-sponsored website designed to help students navigate through the challenging and often confusing maze of online colleges and universities. The 30 search engines listed in Oakley’s post “30 Best Book Engines to Find Your Perfect Summer Read,” are designed to help readers search for good books and even select the best prices.

One of them – AllReaders.com – even allows you to choose books according to certain characteristics such as theme, setting, plot, and even main character in order to get “personalized recommendations.”  Check out Carrie Oakley’s full listing:
